Snapping hip

The snapping hip due to either iliopsoas impingement to the iliopectineal eminence or the femoral head, or the passing over of the iliotibial band or gluteus maximus to the greater trochanter, can now be treated arthroscopically, with intersection, lengthening or release from the surrounding soft tissues.
