The 15th Panhellenic Congress of Algology is being held on 28–30 May 2026 at the Mediterranean Village Hotel in Katerini, under the auspices of the European Pain Federation (EFIC).
The congress brings together specialists from Greece and abroad with the aim of exchanging current knowledge and clinical experience in the field of pain management.
Alexandros Tzaveas is taking part as a speaker on the subject: ‘Excessive physical exercise and the development of chronic pain in children and adolescents’. The presentation will focus on the relationship between intense athletic activity and the appearance of chronic musculoskeletal problems at a young age, and on the importance of early recognition, prevention and proper management of the symptoms.
Taking part in scientific events of this level is an important opportunity for continuing education, collaboration and the advancement of modern medical practice.
