4. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

The Website's contact form works as an appointment request, not as an automatic booking.

Appointment Procedure:

You submit a request through the form or by telephone (2310 222 828)
Our secretary contacts you to confirm the date and time
The appointment is considered confirmed only after confirmation by telephone or in writing

Cancellations:

Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment
Cancellations can be made by telephone or by email to secretary@alexandrostzaveas.gr
