The review and selection of scientific articles for publication is the fundamental process by which new scientific findings are made known, and the basis of medicine practised on evidence (evidence based medicine). This process ensures that medical information is disseminated in reputable scientific journals and is scrutinised by scientists throughout the world.
Our practice keeps abreast of this process by taking part in the peer review of scientific papers for the American journal “Arthroscopy”, the leading publication of the Arthroscopy and Sports Injuries scientific community of the United States of America. This year we were once again honoured with the award for participation in this scientific undertaking.
